1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the jeta92 website at jeta92.bet, all associated subdomains, and any native mobile applications operated by jeta92.
• "Player" / "User" / "you" means any natural person who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Real-Money Balance" means funds deposited by the Player that are available for wagering and withdrawal, net of any pending transactions.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free spins values, or matched deposit bonuses credited by jeta92 that are subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable funds.
• "Game Rules" means the individual rules applicable to each casino game, live dealer table, sports betting market, crash game, or virtual sport available on the Platform, as published within the relevant game interface or help section.
• "Bangladesh Standard Time" (BST) means UTC+6, the time zone used for all operational references in these Terms.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "Register", "Login", or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and jeta92. You acknowledge that you have read and understood all provisions, including those relating to age restrictions, responsible gaming, financial transactions, bonus conditions, and dispute resolution.

jeta92 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the change.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To register and maintain an account on jeta92, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting in your personal capacity, not on behalf of a business or organisation.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion arrangement with jeta92 or any affiliated platform.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by jeta92 for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a director, officer, employee, consultant, or agent of jeta92, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading.

Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account. jeta92 employs automated and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jeta92 will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held across those accounts.

4. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access your account, or use any automated login tool or bot to access the Platform.

jeta92 will treat any action taken using your account credentials as having been authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact jeta92 support immediately via live chat or Telegram at @jeta92support. jeta92 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where that access resulted from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

All account activity is logged and recorded. jeta92 may review account activity at any time for the purposes of fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and regulatory obligations. You consent to such monitoring by using the Platform.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

jeta92 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits via bKash and Nagad are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits typically confirm within one to two hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. You may only request a withdrawal to a payment method from which you have previously made a deposit to your jeta92 account, unless jeta92 explicitly approves an alternative withdrawal route in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of our financial operations.

jeta92 processes bKash and Nagad withdrawals within 30 minutes during BST business hours (09:00–22:00 BST Monday to Sunday). Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. During periods of high demand or where additional verification is required, processing times may be extended. jeta92 will communicate any delays to the affected Player.

jeta92 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which jeta92 accepts no responsibility. In the event that jeta92 incurs a reversal fee or chargeback cost due to a Player's disputed transaction, jeta92 reserves the right to deduct that cost from the Player's account balance.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jeta92 offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which include but are not limited to:

• Wagering requirements: The total amount that must be wagered using bonus funds before any associated winnings are converted to withdrawable Real-Money Balance. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered 20 times).
• Minimum qualifying deposit: The deposit amount required to activate a deposit-match bonus.
• Game contribution rates: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer games, table games, and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or zero percent, as specified in the individual bonus terms.
• Expiry period: Bonuses and associated winnings that are not wagered within the stated period will expire and be forfeited without notice.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a Bonus Balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per game round or per sports selection is ৳500, unless the individual bonus terms state otherwise. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may be voided.

Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. jeta92 reserves the right to deny, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where the Platform detects that a Player is exploiting promotion terms, engaging in matched betting, or otherwise abusing the bonus system. jeta92's determination of bonus abuse is final.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

jeta92 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gambling environment. All casino games on the Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) supplied by our third-party software providers. Sports betting odds are set by our internal trading team and are subject to change without notice prior to event settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities — any such exploit must be reported to support immediately and any winnings derived from it will be voided.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Placing bets on both sides of a market across multiple accounts (arbitrage abuse).
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal purpose.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account to any third party.

8. Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting on jeta92 is governed by these Terms and by the specific Sports Betting Rules available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Key provisions include:

• All bets are accepted at jeta92's absolute discretion. jeta92 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without explanation.
• Bets placed on an event that has already commenced (where live in-play betting is not offered) will be voided and stakes returned.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules published on the Platform.
• Maximum winnings per event and per day are subject to limits that jeta92 may apply at its discretion, particularly for high-value accounts or unusual betting patterns.
• Obvious pricing errors (palpable errors) will be voided regardless of whether a bet was accepted. jeta92 will notify affected Players and return stakes promptly.
• Cricket betting — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals — is governed by ICC and relevant national board rules for the purpose of settling match outcomes.

9. Responsible Gaming

jeta92 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We believe that gambling should remain a form of entertainment and should never be pursued as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses. If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing financial or personal hardship, we encourage you to use the tools available on our Platform or to seek external support.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive automatic alerts and optional forced logout when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jeta92 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of jeta92 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gambling activities only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of jeta92. Unauthorised use of Platform content will result in account termination and may give rise to legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jeta92 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if jeta92 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jeta92's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeta92 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service interruptions; jeta92 will endeavour to communicate planned downtime in advance.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the jeta92 Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. 13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which jeta92 is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally through jeta92 customer support will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players must first contact jeta92 support to attempt informal resolution. jeta92 will respond to formal written complaints within 10 business days. If a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's satisfaction within 30 days, the Player may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process outlined in the applicable arbitration rules.

14. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Sports Betting Rules, and any applicable bonus terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and jeta92 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

Waiver: No failure or delay by jeta92 in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
